Formulation Chemist – Burley Idaho

This is not a remote position.
Hired applicant will need to relocate to Burley, Idaho.

Redox Bio-Nutrients is seeking an experienced Formulation Chemist at its headquarters in Idaho to design and develop new bio-nutrition products for our customers.

Roles / Responsibilities of this position include:
– Developing products that further our successful history of bringing technology to the market that makes a tangible difference for production agriculture and turfgrass.
– Testing and analyzing prototype formulations, assessing efficacy and stability. This will involve individual work and collaboration with a diverse group of others.
– Thorough documentation of data.
– Assist with scaling up new formulations to ensure our sales agronomists and customers understand and can successfully implement the technology.
– Ability to learn, absorb and communicate highly technical information.
– Work with internal and external manufacturing teams  to assure smooth production.

Requirements:
– Mandatory prior experience in the industry.
– Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
– Attention to detail, accuracy of work and strong record keeping.
– Ability to work in a dynamic, success-driven team environment.
– Strong communication skills.
– Ability to present technical information to a wide variety of stakeholders, including non-technical people.
– High integrity.
– Comfortable use of a computer, including the following applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
– Strong organizational and time- management skills, along with the ability to multi-task.
– Must prioritize safety in the workplace.
