Redox Bio-Nutrients is seeking its first Midwest Technical Agronomist to build and lead the company’s regional technical function. This field-based role will translate plant science and product knowledge into practical recommendations, credible field validation, training, and confident biostimulant use.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on applied scientist or senior agronomist who can work independently, build standards for a new regional capability, and work closely with the Midwest sales team and product management team to connect customer and field needs with research, product strategy, and commercial priorities. The position will report directly to Gifford Gillette, Ph.D., Director of Agronomy.

• Establish reliable technical-support cadence with the Midwest sales team for priority markets and customers.
• Create a field-feedback loop with sales and product management to prioritize regional needs and guide product strategy.
• Standardize protocols and reporting for field trials and demonstrations.
• Increase technical confidence through training, field support, and practical decision tools.

• Own regional technical leadership for Redox biostimulant and bio-nutrient products, including positioning, recommendations, compatibility, and troubleshooting in partnership with sales and product management teams.
• Build the Midwest technical function by defining priorities, workflows, documentation standards, and scalable support tools.
• Work alongside the sales team to resolve agronomic questions and product performance concerns, distinguishing product factors from application, environmental, and management factors.
• Assist the sales team to stand on their own technically with less direction from company founders.
• Design and oversee replicated trials and commercial demonstrations with sound controls, useful measurements, and clear interpretation.
• Translate research and field observations into recommendations, sales tools, technical briefs, training, and customer-ready explanations.
• Train and coach Redox sales agronomists, distributors, retailers, crop advisers, and growers through meetings, field days, webinars, and direct support.
• Serve as the regional technical link between sales and product management, bringing field insight into product positioning, claims, stewardship, launches, portfolio priorities, and regional strategy.
• Document and share technical work and customer insights; monitor relevant research, represent Redox at technical forums, and identify information requiring confidentiality or intellectual-property review.

• Regular vehicle and air travel throughout the territory, with seasonal peaks.
• Work in agricultural fields and variable weather; ability to carry up to 50 pounds and work safely around field-trial and sampling equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company travel requirements.
